This section covers the mobile app: receiving a route for the shift, working through the stops, and recording deliveries.

Driver instructions must match exactly what is on the phone screen: the wrong button order here costs more than missing text. These pages will therefore arrive together with screenshots from the app.

What will appear here:

• starting a shift and receiving the route;
• the stop card: address, arrival time, order notes;
• recording a delivery, a partial delivery, and a refusal;
• working without a connection and syncing once it returns;
• the vehicle check before departure.

Your company's dispatcher explains how the app is used day to day, and also issues your login and assigns your routes.

If the app behaves unexpectedly, tell the dispatcher: they can see your route and stop statuses in the web interface and can correct the data from their side.
